With the increase of large commercial contracts, it became an obstacle for respecting the customer-centric value on what the owner, Jerome Monteiro, built the family business on.
As for the maintenance of its client’s valves, it became challenging for the sales and services departments to obtain the data they required to make significant decisions in a timely manner.
It was obvious to Jerome Monteiro that all of its segregated operations needed a dependable platform that could integrate all the information required to manage the daily operations conforming to high standards in terms of quality and customer service.
